If I believe your needs are outside my expertise, I’ll let you know and suggest another therapist who might be a better fit. You don’t have to agree with my reasons, and any recommendations I provide are suggestions only.

Services booked with Vibrant Minds Counselling are non-transferable. If there’s a conflict of interest, I may not be able to work with you.

If you act aggressively or threaten harm, either verbally, in writing, or physically, I may immediately end our work together. While I can suggest other services, I can’t guarantee they will accept you.
